1. IMHO washing bedding every other week is not enough.  It should be
done at least weekly, preferably twice a week.
 
2. Zupreme does seem to cause a more potent smell in the feces, and my
guess is that some of it also leaches out through the skin and fur.
 
3. Sudden increased musky smell is a big indicator of adrenal issues.
Sudden increased fishy smell is an indicator of kidney problems or
rotting teeth.
 
She needs to first get the ferret to a vet.  Next launder the bedding
more often.  And last, think about a diet change.
