I'm after any references that provide information about hybridisation in
ferrets.
 
A report has recently been released that states:
 
"Overseas M.  putorius has hybridised with various other mustelids in the
genus Mustela, including the Steppe Polecat M. eversmannii and the Mink
M. vison."
 
I would like to do some fact checking, so if anyone can help out, please
contact me.
