I don't know all that much about the pet insurance, we tried once to get
it, but it never went through.  I did read or hear somewhere that pet
insurance wouldn't cover things like adrenal, lymphoma, things like that
anymore.  Thought that was stupid because that's what you really need it
for with ferrets right?  I don't know how accurate this info is, it's
been about 2 years since I last heard anything about it.  I don't even
know which insurance carrier(s) it was referring to.  Just thought I
would mention it so if you do get insurance you can make sure to find
out about that and not just assume they cover it.
