I have a furry one who is on chicken soup about 3 times a day. I have
been using Gerber Chicken baby food for about 4 years now. In the last
month I have noticed that the soup I make appears to go bad after only a
day or so. Even after just opening the jar when I'm making it, and after
it goes "pop", the food has a very bitter smell. Then after a day the
mixture really has a chemical and bitter odor. My little guy has also
had some pretty bad poops that I noticed at about the same time. I
switched over to Beech Nut and since then the poops are getting better.
Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this! I did notice that the
ingredients in the Gerber now includes water and starch, which before it
didn't. The Beech Nut is ground chicken, chicken and chicken broth.

Thanks,
Shelley
