A little word of warning here.  Being declared TB free and not having any
TB in the country is not the same thing.  The UK has a BT free status but
we have outbreaks of BT in cattle every year.  I believe the BT free
status here is because of milk treatment and the herd/carcase inspection
program not the fact of us not having any BT.
 
Sad state of affairs isn't it.
