Randy,
It is easier for them to go to the bank or post office and they get the
money order in international money order in US Funds and all they have to
do is tell the person what amount they need to send.  Postal M.O.  is
cashable at the post office with out any fees being attached to it like
the bank.  So much easier for you and them.
