HI my friends here in the ferret news, I haven't wrote to much for a long
time, but I did want to share a poem I wrote about ferrets and me being
the granny. God bless our furry babies. I'm the granny to my 22. If
you would like to replay to me that is fine, I'm [log in to unmask]
Granny
To all those Pets that never have one-for you my daughter Julie
Granny
I waited all my life, for my children to grow
to marry and have grandchildren for me
But I received a message from our Lord above
He said he's so sorry
But there not no grandchildren left to give
He said he had a job just as special
and this is what he said
My animals needs a granny like you
Your heart is so kind and gentle
and You have so much to give
creatures large or small
should be love like real children are
My gift to you is a number 22
its the number of Ferrets
that now lives with you,
they need a granny to love them too
So this is how it came to be
that I was blessed
With a different type of grandchild
made just for me
twenty two Ferrets
who needs love and care
I hold them and kiss them
and they love me so much you see
They depend on my love
and my hugging too
and most of all, my arms that hold
my heart I did give
no better reward could I have asked
they love eyes and sweet little kiss
I know my job will be hard
as you see
My ferret grand babies
will pass before me
That make my job more special
then I can ever tell
As I'll hold and sign to them
And them its Magic
they will cross the Rainbow bridge
some time before me
but when my time comes at last
My 22 grandferrets will be waiting
Just over the Rainbow
and how happy we'll be
Its Granny and the Grandchildren
God put in my care
I will watch over even those
that don't have a home
As in Heaven I'll be Granny
to One and all
Any animal that come to me
A Granny to it I will be
God Bless if not mothers our babies needs granny to love them, the way I
do mine.
God bless
Flora
