Before Christmas there was a Raffle to benefit Florida Shelters.  I
bought 120 tickets, which I now understand is a large portion of what
they collected.  I won 7th prize, some bedding and tents.  Now I
understand that Tara had surgery.  She sent an email a few weeks back
saying she was sending out the prizes.  Nothing has been received.  But
now she doesn't reply to any emails, nor has she responded to others who
have asked about the raffle.  I also understand that the money hasn't
been dispensed yet.  No prizes have been received either.
 
I wouldn't have asked about this publicly, except that she isn't taking
new members on her forum, and the Florida Hurricane Yahoo forum is dead
air space with regard to any information on the raffle.  She won't
respond to emails, and no one knows what to do.  She has pretty much
made herself unreachable.  Had I known this was going to happen, I'd
have sent my money directly to one shelter I know well.  At least I'd
know they got the money.  Does ANYONE know what is going on with that
raffle?

temporarily unavailable as far as I know.  I do trust her completely,
