Lily has warned me (and I could hear Stitch in the background trying
to stop her) that Alex is about to pull my chain and wink at me on
tomorrow's FML.  Now, the winking I could take, but I have an especially
sensitive chain, so, please, note that I have wound my chain around my
waist (or what was once my waist decades ago) and secured it with
twist-ties through...
 
Okay, weak heart or weak stomach alert.  If you have a serious medical
condition stop reading here.
 
 ...a belly button ring.  (Stop screaming; I realize this is about the
most frightening image imaginable, but I DID warn you.)
 
If you should hear from Alex that I have gone punk, please, know the
truth -- that I was merely protecting my chain from her.
