Hello all,
 
The on duty vet called this afternoon, the CBC was back in.  Whiteys WBC
count is down to 24, his platelets were 184, but he's so weak and loosing
weight.  It is regenerative anemia, they still don't know what the
underlying cause is, but the consensus seems to be DIM or this mystery
disease.  His regular doctor will be in tomorrow.  Unless there is a
miracle diagnosis of something treatable, I've decided to let him go
rather than continue to only exist.  Its incredibly hard for me to let
go, but I have to think of Whitey, not myself.
