Does anyone know which states the sale of ferrets is being "test
marketed" in?  over the holidays, no less.  I'm disgusted.  What if the
shelters in those areas asked if they can also have ferrets for adoption
on display, just to be fair?  Also it would provide a ferret-knowledgeble
person to offer information on ferret ownership and all it entails (no
pun intended).
