Ummm hmmm.... in all likelihood, you've been had, the little stinkers.

They like that personal touch. Give smaller amounts of the liquid & keep
the dry food fresh in their bowl. Offer hand held kibbles frequently
during the day while holding the spoiled fuzzies. Experiment with
anything crunchy, even if it's a "junk" food (cat food, cat treats, dog
food) anything they'll crunch. Add a few kibbles of it to their fresh,
dry Totally Ferret.

If they can be tempted to crunch anything, half the battle is won. You
just have to make it as "special" and personal as the hand fed liquid.
It won't happen in a day or a week, it could take weeks, but it can be
done as long as you persist in offering the new "treat" frequently during
the day.

We give liquidized dry food twice a day to all our ferrets. It doesn't
interfere with their normal dry food eating habits. It's just when, as
in your case, you've been hand feeding sick ferrets that won't eat at all
any other way, that this problem occurs. It just takes time and being
more stubborn than they are to get a healthy ferret back to normal eating
habits.
