Several of us FML posters have noticed that the publications have been a
bit ... (oh how shalll I say this polietly?) .... "irregular" lately and
we're very concerned for you.  (Being 'irregular' really stinks!)
 
So in light of your current 'condition', I have the PERFECT rememdy
(which I learned from this very site, in fact) - CANNED PUMPKIN!  Or, if
you're not a pumpkin fan, sweet potatoes work great, too!  Should clear
up the problem and have things "running smoothly" in no time at all!
 
Seems to work great for my furkids .... ; - P  (THANKS for all of your
help!  Hope all is well)
