Hi Sandee,
With my heart breaking again, another little one is coming your way.
Just last month Sparky joined you.  she left behind Codo.  This morning
Codo left.  She was gone before I could get her to the pet hospital.
She hung on for two extra years.  But her body was just tired.  And today
was just to much for her.  Codo was 7 years old.  Another DEW.  Tiny
girl.  Very dainty.  Her first friend was a little guy named Max.  He
was rescued by the police department and the dispatcher took him in.
 
Codo's favorite things are a little blue sleep sack and a blue baby
blanket.  Put them with her.  It is up to her if she wants to put them in
her backpack.  She loved knocking over glasses of pepsi and bells.  she
would chase the bells all over the place.  she also loved to go for rides
and meeting people.  She would go to parties with the family.  She was a
climber.  We would find her in high places.  The best place would be on
top of one of the cages.  Sometimes she would curl up and go to sleep
waiting for us to find her.  When ever we would take in a rescue she
would "talk" to the arrival and stay with them to comfort and encourge
them.  And as small as she is would not let anyone pick on the new
arrival.  And she would not let any of her friends to get picked on.
 
Her best friend is Shammy.  The whole gang is there now.Sparky, Barney,
Max, Bandit, Smokey, Shammy, Zeke, and Puff.
 
Love and miss them all.
