I have an alpha boy (DOB approx.  5/'01, possibly a Marshalls ferret)
that had a really bad time shedding this past fall, possible adrenal
that we are wanting to treat holistically to off set the baldness &
aggressiveness issues.  His fur has grown back beautifully but thru all
the posts I've read, this can & more than likely is to be a temporary
state thus Ive considered the compounding question:
 
Can anyone tell me if there would be any adverse reaction or detrimental
conditions caused by compounding the following as a per dose for my
boy:
 
320 mg Saw Palmetto gel cap
1.5 mg Melatonin, powdered
cod liver oil (or Ferretone)
organic Flax Oil, cold pressed
 
His food & water intake is quite healthy and his evacuation has never
been an issue.
