For those of you going to the St. Louis Ferret SYmposium who arrive on
Thursday - or before - you are once more invited to the shelter benefit
dinner on Thursday night before the Symposium.  This year all proceeds
will go to Support Our Shelters (SOS) to be divided among several
shelters.  Last year we took in more than $1000 due to your generosity.
 
This is a FREE event and all the food is donated.  We do accept donations
and, because it is difficult to know how much to prepare, this year a
FREE TICKET will be required to EAT and to get doorprizes.  Last year we
had to make an extra trip to the store because so many showed up without
RSVPing.  The menu includes slow-cooked ribs and these cannot be done on
the spur of the moment.  So, if you are going to meet me in St. Louis,
plan to attend the Shelter Benefit Dinner.
 
We always have transportation and will this year, too.  We have
doorprizes (if you want to donate, contact me, please!) and we have fun.
There will be plenty to eat and I look forward to seeing you there.
