I think it is a great idea that another person has found success with
ferret nesting box, if only more people would treat their ferret as an
animal rather than a small human.
 
By looking back in to the ferrets history and life style to find out what
would make your ferret feel more at home, it is not that long ago in the
history of the world that ferrets where running free, in the wild the
ferret and members of the family of mustalids would normally use a small
area in which to sleep and bring up a family.
 
Just look at the way that the fur farms or commercial breeders work by
giving the ferrets in their charge small nest boxes, if the ferrets were
not happy with this situation they would not breed, even though a lot of
people do not like fur farms or ferret breeders they do know the animals
in there charge and they tend to know more about the animals than a lot
of the people who have got into ferrets over the last years or so.
