and really like them in  their hair.

Any critter there can slip
into whatever brings joy
worker-insect, girl, or boy
mixed gender, too. let's not forget
what'er they want they there will get.

Look at all the gems they checked.
Oh, they're gathering garnets!
Wish that I were there.  Darn it!
I'm not, so I can only read
of their rock collection deeds,
of the lovelies that they sow
Hope they get some peridot.
Emeralds are always fine
with their green that's so sublime.
Or their mimic tsavarite
which echos well that fine green might.
Or then there is tourmaline
of watermelon pink and green...
 
Tweak and Rio have arrived in China
I can think of nothing finer.
Soon they will learn to please
where saying "How are you?" sounds like "How are your knees?"
