As I was eating, had to sneeze
a bit strong is this Feta Cheese
when what to wondrin' ankles nips
but four ferrets with six q-tips
on their way to new recruits
of ten new ferrets digging boots
and shoes, and dirty socks and stuff
but, hey! the socks aren't all that tough
to steal, now, gang! (they said) let's go!
we've got a real ferreting show
to put on for our human friends
here's toys, and odds and big book-ends
see this two ton pile, here?
every item we'll drag clear
and hide it 'neath a humans' bed
; when they see it 'n scratch their heads,
we'll drag each item, big and small
into the the closet, 'cross the hall
then move it yet again! (hee hee!)
They'll not catch on to our spree!
Now help us use these q-tips for
propping up the closet door...
