Stormy here with a high paw five and thanks to the hoomans at the PetCo
Foundation for their generous grant to the Morehouse College Lab kids at
Ferret Business of GA.
 
Stormy heard those college kids had a drinking problem but Stormy was
really surprised when he found out they wasn't drinking enough!!
 
Seems like they had a special watering system at the college for these
kids so when they got to the shelter they went and got themselves all
dehydrated cause they didn't know how to use da water bottles.
 
All da trips to the emergency vet and the cost of needles and sub-q
fluids has been quiet expensive not to mention all da fixing and the
dental work that went on.  Stormy thinks these kids should have been
on their own Xtreme MakeOver show!
 
Now the good new is the grant from PetCo will help them finish their
etiquette classes at the shelter so they can get ready to go to homes of
their own.
 
Stormy sends thank yous to PetCo, to all the shelter volunteers, to Miss
Judy and everyone who took part in the Labor Day Card Exchange and to
everyone who has sent donations and bedding.  Thank you to everyone who
has supported and encouraged shelter mom, Juliana and thank you SOS.
 
Thank you all for everything you have done for the lab kids.  Please
don't forget soon these kids will need homes.  Can you give them one?
