BTW, surgery is almost always the best option for adrenal growths.
 
Also, if an adrenal growth is not responding to Lupron that increases
the chances that the growth is malignant.  Since more than one of the
forms of malignancy which tends to originate there is curable only by
surgery, and since one of the forms is slow to metastasize surgery can
be even more important if the growth isn't responding to Lupron.
 
Finally, is the vet sure that what was purchased was the DEPOT?  There
have been some problems with non-depot versions (which are cheaper) being
sold with the word "monthly" because someone was studying results after a
month, but that is very different from the depot which time releases the
meds of a set time frame.  For those who need the depot the other med is
not going to help and there is an interesting write-up by a pharmacology
researcher indicating that it may at times make matters worse.  Read the
