Due to hurricane delays and lack of interst, the Smoke-Out for Shelters
is being canceled.  Thanks to those who supported the idea; I hope
someone will pick it up and run with it at a later date who's better
able to organize and advertise such things (and perhaps does not live
in Florida!  I don't know that many Floridians will be quitting until
hurricane season is over -- I suppose that applies to much of the eastern
U.S. at this point!).
