Hey,
I have been reading all of the posts related to the Heartworm Topic.  I
was wondering what kind of heartworm preventative should be used?.
 
Also, has anyone ever heard of Carolina Ferrets?  My husband found them
and we are supposed to be getting a ferret from them.  They are in North
Carolina, about an hour past Greensboro.  I just want to check before we
got a ferret from them.  (Yes it is a breeder, but when I can't get the
woman that runs the ferret shelter here in Richmond, VA to call back when
leave her a message, or to even respond to my e-mails how can I possibly
adopt)  I have even left her a message and an e-mail asking if I could
volunteer at her shelter and that didn't even warrant a reply!.  So
PLEASE don't FLAME me, I am only asking b/c I know this is the best
place to ask.
