Perhaps you didn't catch this but,

Sukie plainly states that she was NOT asked to provide "privacy". So
honour, in no way, shape or form is at risk in THIS particular situation.
And giving further details wouldn't help???

By the way, PLEASE don't compare the loss of a job or friendship - to the
loss of a life.

Perhaps I'm being a little aggressive here, but not for selfish reasons.
I'm trying to "ferret" out detailed information so that we could ALL
learn from it and perhaps save one of our kids.

IF a ferret died from Lupron, it DOES make sense to find out the details
in an effort to possibly prevent future mishaps.

How can we verify information if the presenter isn't willing to give more
details?

Sukie, have you asked these people about sharing the info?

I agree. That whole "Along Came Polly" incident went on and on and....
people wrote letters of protest, refused to see the movie, etc. BUT no
ferret(s) died. So this leads me to one conclusion. People that might
want to speak up are perhaps afraid to. And that might be because of
your "status" in this community. I think the same could be said if it
were Dr. Williams, Mike Janke, Bob C, and so on. The only difference
being that I've not seen these people state something publicly without
presenting more information when asked.

Partial unsubstantiated information could cause harm to others. If the
information can't be substantiated or the details released, don't present
it in the first place.
