Sorry to be writing this anon, but all my "nice" words are used up for
the day.
 
Advice?  ADVICE?  First, contact whatever local authorities apply in
order to some sort of quick action to take place.  Call every day.  Get
others who are able to witness the situation in person to call - every
day.
 
Then devote your energies to finding out more about Triple F or whoever
is shipping these babies.  But start calling the locals NOW!
 
If there is anything any of us can do from a distance, please let us
know.
