I know my decisions are probably controversial, but they are what I
believe in.  I think it is so much better for my fur kids to released
from this life at home, surrounded by their "family" rather than at a
vet's office, among strangers.  I would want the same thing for myself.
 
Cody is my inspiration, when things are not going good, I think of him &
his will to live, no matter what, & I try to get courage from his little
spirit & go on.
 
I hoped to have his story for everyone to read, especially when you have
the hardest decision of your life to make, to help them go or not.  I
believe that the greatest gift I could give him was to release him from
his pain.  Whatever your belief, whatever is in your hearts, when the
time comes do what you believe is best for the little ones you love.
 
Mary was a God send for Cody, when I asked her what she would advise for
him & told her what was going on, she & her husband developed Cody's
Essence & I believe it helped him, there were times when he moaned with
every breath he took, but the essence relaxed him.  Judith White is also
a God send as she did Reiki for Cody.  When Mary faced a awful time she
kept Cody's picture, with his little paw prints on it, with her.  I asked
him to send her some of his strength & she told me she felt it & it
helped her.  When she told me this she hadn't known that he was gone &
that I had asked him to do this, so there was no way for her to know what
I asked of him.
 
These little ones are some of God's miracles, they are sent into our
lives for a reason, be it to make us happy & laugh or sad beyond belief &
to cry, cry for them when their lives are full of pain, when the end is
here for them.  I believe they go to a much better place, yes the Rainbow
Bridge.  During Cody's last days he touched many lives.  I hope you will
read his story & let him touch you.  If you feel Cody's Essence will help
one of your fur kids, please ask Mary for it.
