Your information is incorrect.  The seller in question was suspended
from Ebay for failure to make payments on auctions won.  Additional
accounts created under false pretences by the same seller have been
suspended as it is Ebay policy that suspended users not be allowed
further access to their services.
 
Ebay is not concerned about ADV status.

[Moderator's note: Not sure I get the connection -- but assuming we
are still talking about ADV "living" in purchased merchandise, I'm
more interested in people's opinion about whether or not such a thing
is even possible -- seems HIGHLY unlikely to me!
