Anne that was a great story! Was that Cloud Nine Shelter? I'm not far
from you here in Chattanooga. I met the shelter dad, Mark from Cloud
Nine and his branch shelter Judy. Great people. I think this is a great
topic by the way. I can't wait to read some fun stories about shelter
ferrets.
Let's see what's a fun story about Sean's Rocky? Okay I got one. Sean
was at a friends house the other day and after I picked Sean up, he
told me they had expressed to him that they wanted a ferret and were
considering getting one. Well, I kinda was skeptical about the situation
there, so I sort of cringed and asked Sean what he told them and if he
had told them about all the hard work involved. He said, "I told them it
might not be a good idea for them at all because it's soooo much work."
I said, "oh good, you told them how hard it is to have a ferret then?
Good." He went on to say emphatically, "yeah, I told them you have to
cuddle them, kiss them, hug them, talk to them, play with them each and
every day!"
