Murphy
As I held you cradled in arms of love
I sent a prayer to the heavens above
That you will find what you should be
A bundle of joy, running free
Your soul is ever young, playful and bold
But life on this plain has taken its tole
Your hart and lungs, to life barely hold
Your days grow slowly cold
My hart and my conscience now argue
Should I do this thing for you
To take a life, seems so wrong
But for you each day must seem so long
As I watch you fighting for every breath
I think life for you is harder than death
I know, with life I should not play
But I love you enough to send you away
One more spirit in my pot of gold
One more star up in the sky
On the mortal plain I hold you close
As I wish you farewell and cry
Find your way to my pot of gold
And be reunited with,
Fred, Boef, Rebel, Fox, Imitai Bonny, Lolin, Tiffany, Schully,
Pinda-Lee Tidor, .
