Dooks and happy holidays to all of you ferret owners.  I am hoping you
all have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.  Celebrate with
your fur kids as I know I will be doing.  They don't ask for much except
our unconditional love and to give them a good life and clean up their
poop(LOL) and in return I will receive my Christmas gifts of their
kisses, dooks and snuggles and that is ALL I want for Christmas.
 
I have found over the past year of being on the FML, that people who are
owned by ferrets are truly the most dedicated kind of pet owner and their
is no dedication that exceeds that of the ferret owner.  I have read all
the messages that has crossed my computer screen from the FML, sent and
received messages about my own ferrets and I can honestly say that you
all are a great bunch of people and I am glad to be on the FML.  I have
laughed at messages with all you and I have cried and shed tears with
you all when you have lost your beloved ferret(s) or when I have read of
dreadful abuse cases such as the one in Ontario.
 
So, may all you have wonderful holiday's and you & your furkids will all
be in my thoughts particularly all the fuzzbutts that have crossed over
Rainbow Bridge and the dear fuzzies in Ontario who endured a horrible
time.  I am glad and thankful for all the shelters and the work they do.
They are to be commended.  My donation to Randy and those sweet ferrets
at the Ferret Aid Society will be in with the Christmas card exchange I
am participating in.  My Christmas will be time spent with my furkids, my
human kids and their ferrets as I have no money for Christmas because of
ferret surgeries and lots of blood work & medical treatment but I'm very
happy with spending the time with all my kids.
