There are a number of freeze-dried meat foods available that don't
have the heartsting-tugging effect of frozen rodents... The most
economical I've found are the feline pet patties at
http://www.petextras.com/
They're a mix of poultry and beef, and the nutritional information on the
PetExtras site is very thorough. From what I know, they look like they
could be used as an 'only food'. And as far as kibble goes, Natural Gold
is very good too.
