Hello all,
Was checking out Petsmart on-line and saw some disturbing products and
information on ferrets.

First, they offer dried pumpkin seeds for ferret treats (can't this cause
blockages?) Also coconut chews (is this good for ferrets?) They also have
wooden chews for ferrets from Superpet to keep "their teeth a healthy
length" (Ferret teeth don't continously grow like rodents. do they?)

Another thing they have litter listed under "Bedding and Nesting"
pellets, citrus pellets, aspen bedding, and pine bedding. (can you
imagine ferrts living in this?) This can be very misleading to a new
ferret owner.

I think they are confusing ferrets and rodents. I wrote them an (polite)
e-mail educating about all of the above and hope everyone else will too.

Thank you,
