Ok, I get it now.  So insuloma is basically what they call "low blood
sugar" in humans.  (Hypoglycemia).  I have that.  It can be controlled
very well in people with diet and excercise.  I wonder what that would
do for ferrets?  I bet there's a good food for control out there some
where.  And I could invest in a little bitty treadmill too.  (kidding).
