Ok, first couple of my fuzzies have the sneezes, and what sounds like a
cough. We humans don't have any colds, etc. Could they have one? My
children do turn the air conditioning down low and it gets pretty cool
in here sometimes. They haven't been outside for about a week due to
rain and humidity, high temperatures. I gave them some ferratone and
Vaseline. In case it was a hairball, but it is still going on. Not a
lot. Or I would have had them to the vet. My digger dude actually
looked like he had a running nose this AM.
Second. since I can't use frebreeze on my bed is okay to use dryer
sheets (fabric softner sheets for dryer) under the fitted bottom sheet.
They don t get under the sheets but I don't want to take any chances
either.
Third thing is that am still confused about the food/vitamin thing. What
is best, to mix several good ones with a good cat food. I go by the main
ingredients not the anyalis. And is vitamins/ferratone, Vaseline every
day or how many times a week??
Lastly, do albino's usually stay smaller? Mine are over a year old and
are still skinny. And attract more fleas. I started grooming every
day and haven't seen any on the others and I have a bunch of different
colors. Its another week before they get their monthly dose of
frontline.
One last question. Thanks for your patients. I can not get them to eat
anything but their dry food. I have made several different types of duck
soup and no luck. Not hot or cold, will they eat it. What should I try.
My guys are healthy but the albino's could use a little weight. Oh
course around here everyone is a little chubby and I don't me just the
ferrets? ROFL ??????????
Anyone have any answers or suggestions, please email me or post. The
more I read the more am confused, sorry!
Am now addicted to ferrets and read all the posts daily and the 3 other
groups am on. IS THIS NORMAL!!!!
They should put a warning label on their cages at stores and shelters.
WARNING: Ferret math may strike you, and you may become addicted to
ferrets and crave everything in your life to centered around them.
Am even drawing them now. And hope to get good enough to sell some.
Or learn to paint them too.
Might get back into ceramics and do some of that too. Oh God! its
growing.
I have my mom making all kinds of beds etc for them. And I rearranged my
bedroom so it is a complete sanctuary for them. The only chat rooms I
enter are ferret ones. And I take them with me whenever I can, cause I
miss them so when am away from home. Is there help for me or am lost to
ferrettized!
Thanks for listening. I think some of you are in the same boat! L&LOL
Shery and the 8 maginifect fuzzies,
