I was wondering if anyone out there could give me some advice/ideas about
how to retrain my ferret, Moose, to poop in his litter box in the cage.
I have a Martins Deluxe Barn for my two boys.

That link will bring you to pic of it.

I had to take the carpeting off because of continued poopage on it. He
goes right in that right hand top corner. Moose continues to poop on
the second floor in the corner just above where I keep their litter box.
He's used the box before, I've seen him! He's just in the past two weeks
taken to pooping "upstairs." I don't know how I can fit another litter
box up there to easily fix this. I just continue to clean it each time
he poops, and yes, this is getting tiring. The boys, Moose and Reggie,
get along great, are healthy 1-2 year old ferrets. They get plenty of
play time each day. I don't am at a loss at how to get him to poop in
the box aside from taking out the second floor! Advice is more than
appreciated!
