Sometimes ferrets bite because they want your attention.  Other times
they just do'nt "get it" that you aren't another ferret.  They bite in
play with other ferrets, and some don't seem to get the difference.
Gentle correction and time generally resolves this.  If the problem is
attention gteting, then perhaps your ferret is craving more interaction
with you.
