I've got to get better at not writing so technically.  A lot of that is
mere lack of time.  The last couple of years have been real pains in
the whazzoo what with so many sick and dying family members (human and
ferret), two adored family members becoming senile but not having any
Powers of Attorney or Medical Powers of Attorney -- a situation which
wound up involving them first deciding to be in assisted living, then
them forgetting that and deciding that they needed to "escape" which had
my aunt convincing (successfully so the movers must have less capacity
than she does and she is to the point where she is a danger having
started some fires and caused some accidental poisonings) to load THEM
into a moving van (She's 85, Lou is 95 and in a wheelchair) and taking
them back to their house, then the mad scramble to modify the house and
get in aides, getting the state involved, etc., and now we also are
trying to modify rooms in our own place to make our condo accessible
enough and catch up on things I couldn't do in the months when i could
rarely walk since I got my braces and can now get around again.  Excuses,
excuses... Anyway, I DO know that I REALLY need to work on my writing,
but I just have had a real lot to do recently.  Guess I have to write
more magazine pieces so that having a good editor on my tail will force
me shape up. :-)
 
I'll have to take the search further afield to see if I find anything
on the respiratory problem it looks like... I'm coming up empty -- which
may be a GOOD thing because maybe it means that ferrets and humans won't
catch it.
