I'm afraid ageing a ferret kit by its teeth is not an exact science, it
can vary due to the size of the litter, the health/age of the mother,
what the mother was fed on during pregnancy and what the kits were weaned
on to/how early. Small kits with few teeth do not have to mean they are
very young.

Breeder friends of mine are finding a total kibble diet is retarding kit
development and are going back to a more natural diet. Chris.
