I received a call from a young woman who has two males about 1 year old
that she needs to either find a permanent or at least a foster home.
She was ferret-sitting and the person never came back and is not
returning her calls. And while she likes and cares for them the landlord
of her apartment says they need to go.
The shelter here in CT is at capacity and I realize that is the case
throughout New England and the rest of the country for that matter. I
also realize that at some point people have to say no to taking in "just
two more." IF there is someone that is able to these two young gents in
please email me. I would like to try and help her find them a home,
either permanent or foster.
You have the right to ask, why not my home. I just tried to add the
ferret that was in the Stamford animal control to my 4 and it wasn't
pretty. Penelope and Piper spent the entire time trying to kill the
poor thing. They have been separated for the week and it's not working.
Everyone with the exception of Homeless Holly (as I'm calling her) is
depressed. They are sleeping more and I could swear they are pooping
everyplace out of spite. This morning Piper scared her so much she
pooped in the middle of the room and ran.
Any suggestions would also be welcome.

blood)

talking about kindness to animals when there is so much cruelty to men?
I answer, "I am working at the roots." George T. Angell
