It appears to me that this is a blatant rip-off of the ferret design.
If there is anything that I, personally, can do to help, I'm more than
willing.  Do US copyrights transfer internationally is my first question.
Can someone in a country other than the USA, take a copyrighted design
and then trademark it in their own country?  I am confident that the IFC
will follow through.  I am just so sorry.  It's a shame that people
cannot come up with their own artwork and have to steal someone else's.
