I know the decision to close your shelter is something you have been
contemplating for a while, and is not an easy decision to make.
Sheltering has been a part of your life, most of your life, for so
long.  It will be hard to let it go.
 
I also know that you are NOT abandoning your quest to improve the lives
of ferrets.  Educating owners and the general public, spearheading
legislative efforts to improve ferret lives... somehow you have managed
to do it all!
 
Closing Ferret Wise to intakes will allow you time to recharge your own
batteries, and renew your efforts to help ferrets.
 
Thank you for all you have done and will do in the future!!
