This is in response to an anonymos post regarding "concern over ferret
rescues"
 
Obiviously the law enforcement has constant contact with the animal wold.
People would notice if there was a problem with the shelter and word gets
around.  You could not have a shelter and get away with ANYTHING, people
volunteer, people visit, etc.
 
Furthermore, everyone here knows how expensive it is it take care of
ferrets so, where else could the money go?  Are you talking about a
specific rescue that you think does not use the money appropriately?  We
feel confident in our donations and we won't lose any sleep worrying that
the money is being used for personal gain.  We would lose sleep knowing
that we did not help when we knew we could...anyone who loves ferrets
would do the right thing.
 
Just my opinion for what it is worth.
