As I mentioned, I publish the "Ferret Times" newsletter and run the
Montgomery Ferret Club in Gaithersburg, MD.
 
Ferrets also appear in "Short Circuit" and "Bright Lights, Big City".
Unfortunately, the BLBC ferret is portrayed, inaccurately, as quite
nasty.

[Chip telephoned me out of the blue last week (during the upheavals
of G.A. L-P's arrival), possibly prompted by my article on ferret
rabies in rec.pets.  He also sent me several of his back issues
which I will read and pass on any interesting stuff to this list.
