I called the SPCA and the lady I spoke to said she'd call me back about
the 2 cats.  She called back and said that there weren't any cats in
quarantine or with flesh rot.  So either they have a confidentiality
policy that they decided not to mention or my sister made it all up.
Needless to say I'm frustrated about the whole thing.  I just hope it's
nothing contagious if it was anything.
