Ouch! It's been a crazy week! The shelter reached full capacity and all
the volunteers were in panic mode! Thankfully auntie Paige has a few
kids at her place and auntie Katrina took on a few too!
At last week's Ferret Frolic, the shelter launched its new greeting card
line up. Please take a look at *some* of the new designs! x-mas cards
are also now available but aren't up on the site yet.

The kids are all moved into the new and improved "ferret room". mommie
still thinks it's too small but it's livable! Auntie Paige got Plexiglas
and did all of the cages in a way no ferret can climb them! This is
great news for the ferts as now they can run all day long without any
chances of them climbing and falling! Hurray!
Boddington spent most of the week at the U of Guelph. He's on injectable
and oral antibiotics for 2 weeks and he will have to be on oral
antibiotics for at least 2 months after. He's walking a lot better and
is enjoying all the extra attention! Hopefully they'll be able to nip
his infection in the bud so he won't have to be on meds as long as i was.
Mr. Mugs goes in for surgery on Monday. Please keep him in your
thoughts. He may not make it through, but this is the best chance he
has at a quality of life.
Please also keep Frodo in your thoughts and prayers. He's at the U of
Guelph now and they can't figure out what's wrong with him. His mommie
and daddy are very worried and so his past shelter mom.
Love to all! Harley "Bug"
