if any of you are having problems or gripes since yahoo did the recent
changes, this is the link to register your complaints.  maybe if enough
send in the same complaint, they will fix the problems.  ie: no longer
storing attachments, e-mails bouncing or taking hours to post or never
being seen again after sent.
