hey,
haven't written here in a long time....that's okay though...lol.

My baby's, Teddy and Rugsby are doing fine, but I miss them. They have
to stay at home with my parents while i'm away at college. I only get to
them on the weekends. Teddy recently apparently ate a couple sticks of
bubble gum with the wrappers still on them. *frown* I've been worried,
but my mom's been giving them ferretlax everyday to try and flush any in
them. I hope nothing gets blocked. They're such curious things, I just
wish they wouldn't find everything that's not good for them. But I was
writing to report that yesterday I found a baby screech owl that was
undernourished, and had something wrong with it's wing, on my college
campus. I was already on the way to work at a local vet hospital, so I
just took it along with me to get looked at. It was so thin, i couldn't
believe it. But we gave it fluids and some anerxia diet, and it started
looking better, before we got it to a wild bird specialist to check it
for anything wrong and take a look at it's wing. I know now we aren't
suppose to keep those kinds of animals since they're considered wild, but
I had been so hoping. I was getting a ridiculous image of Harry Potter
in my head, and wondering how my kids would react to it. *sigh* I guess
I won't ever find out now. I'm just glad it'll probably be okay. If
anyone wants to see a picture of it and me, email me and I'll send it on.
It's just this tiny little thing.

Anyway, just trying to keep the list somewhat updated....it'll write
later to say what happens in the end. Hope everyone's rug munchers are
doing well, and God Bless.

-Kirst, Teddy, and Rugsby......and Pig the screech owl ( for anyone
that's familiar with the Harry Potter stories)
