Had a blast at Ferretsock yesterday!  It was fun meeting all of you!
Great raffles!  Beautiful weding!  AND (drumroll) I adopted a cute sable
boy - his name was Harold - am going to change his name to???  anyways,
Chance the Belgian sheepdog puppymutt is very happy to have a kitchen
friend.  Chance and "Harold" sniffed noses - ferret did an alligator
roll ... it was interesting keeping a wiggling weasel in a box all the
way home.  I could not come up with a way to smuggle a carrier in the
back of the jeep.
 
Thanks to Debbie, Susan and Patricia who twisted my arm to adopt him -
actually we ganged up on my husband .  .  .  and thanks to Barb and co
for sheltering him and allowing us to adopt him.
 
New buddy is not replacing SuperSnooper --- he is opening a whole new
chapter in our lives.
 
Now, this young ferret needs a buddy ...
