Hello All

Does anyone have any advice on introducing a second ferret into a
household? I've heard that you should keep the 2 ferrets in separate
cages for a few days or more(?) till they get used to each other's scent,
not letting both of them out at the same time. Is this necessary? Any
other tips and tricks to ensure they make nice?

And what about choosing a second ferret to match or compliment the first?
I have a relatively calm, gentle, sweet ferret. Should I get another
with similiar personality? Or would the opposite work best? I have a
neutered male, should I get a female or does it matter?

Thanks.
Ell
