I can testify to the Glucosamine, for I have used it 2 years.  I buy the
glucosamine from the Horse and Feed Store, which is human grade to use
also.  I love the stuff, I find drinking it in o.j. juice or even grape.
I had bad knees and now they feel 100% better.  my nails were even
stronger!
 
Marie and her 8 Most Wonderful Fur Kidlets (whom are MAD at me, now in
the cage at night, to reduce the poopies on the floor and get a good
night sleep)
